Hello My name is Charles. I am a 20 year old male.

I currently have a very severe neuro-vascular condition called erythromelalgia. It causes an extreme.inhumane amount of vaso-inflammation and vasodilation.

I suffered with this condition on my face until I stumbled upon a topical cream called "Combination Gel of 1% Amitriptyline and 0.5% Ketamine". This cream has basically saved my life. I went from a suicidal mess with the feeling of being burnt alive(facial) to a point where I will have mild flushes when nervous.(dating... haha).

I have had zero side effects

What does this have to do with hair?

It is suspected that androgenetic alopecia is not just caused directly by DHT but the upregulation of pro inflammatory compounds such as but not limited to cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin 6, interleukin 1(B) and/or interleukin B4, PGD2 and even possibly excessive levels of IGF-1. This also includes the reduction of PGE1 and PGE2. The list goes on by i'm sure you get it.

(A clusterfuck of factors mediated by DHT and inflammatory/supressive factors)

Could this cream possibly treat Androgenetic Alopecia? If it could treat my severe erythromelalgia I think it might have the ability to at least mediate inflammatory markers.

I have not tried this cream for hair loss.
