Cause it DRIES SO DAMN FAST. It's convienient. If it hadn't dried so quickly, the consumers wouldn't have taken to it.
5% is goopy and takes nearly 4 times as long to dry, it seems.
Anyway, when I get back I'll be ordering 5% Dr. Lee's. Hoping this is the one two punch of 5% and 15 minute drying I need.
