I Use Minoxidil For 4 Years Should I Continue

i am 26 years old i used minoxdil 4 years a go i think it helps me when my hail start loss, but year after year i see my hair loss every day and now my hair is good but not Dense like before . so if i continue use Minoxidil should i I expect Dense or just my hair now .
also i want to ask about when i use minoxdil before i go to work every day some times i get sweat on my head is this Affect on minoxdil ?

i can also post a photo of my hair now if it possible to know what should i do

You need finasteride to stop your hair from thinning. Minoxidil doesn't really stop hair loss for long. You need finasteride AND minoxidil.

You can try RU. You need an anti androgen if you want to keep your hair long term. Or you can just try finasteride, it'll probably be ok, if it's not then you can quit.

I used finasteride/propecia and quit due to negative sexual side effects. After quitting the sexual side effects persisted, although they were not as severe. I've read very little on RU, does anyone know how it works and if it carries the same risks as propecia? Thanks.
