I use minoxidil in the spray bottle from the pharamcy ...

and i was wondering how may spays i should use

Like my doctor said 4 sprays ( which equals 1ml ) once a day

but i use it 2 times a day and about 7 sprays each time

I use 7 sprays to make sure that i get 2 in the front, 2 in the middle, and 3 in the back

Now i was wondering if this is too much ????

I have doing it this way for about 6 months now and have had excellent results thus far??

While it may be a little much, cant argue with results. Are you putting it on just the thinning areas or everywhere?

If you are side effect free you should be ok.

You can calculate your daily application in milliliters by seeing how long a 60ml bottle lasts.

Be careful of using too much.....I suffered light headedness and felt as I would pass out every once in a while if I tilted my head back.....I found out I was using too much rogaine and it was lowering my blood pressure....
