I want to make solution from powder

Helllo all,
First post here.
I have been using RU58841 a few months with good success. The cost of buying $50 for 30ml each month isn't great though.
Has anyone created their own solution from Aliexpress powder? Or would you buy from a domestic supplier instead?
Wondering if you have any tips getting started.
Can you just mix it straight with the commerical Kirkland Minoxidil since it's already alcohol and PG solution?

Lol stalker. Its still snake oil and ineffective for most. Leaves your hair sticky and get white flakes on hair. It dont work sorry to say. And expensive in the long run so not worth it. I do feel sorry for you that you need to spend so much money on that placebo chemical to keep your hair lmao. While im here using nothing. U got triggered so hard because u dont wanna believe that ru is placebo effect.
