what should i be looking for in an iron supplement? what other vitamins does it need to be bioavailable? hemo and heme iron, which one do most supplements contain?
If you are seriously defficient in Iron then, man or woman, no matter the orientation should take a supplement but of course under the advice of your doctor.
Iron defficiency, if at all present, can attribute to hair loss. Though if there is no problem and you begin to supplement you may put yourself in a vulnrable health position.
Sorry, I also have a question about Iron. I am thinking to take some because
I dont eat meat at all....and I beleive that I do not have enough Iron.
