Hi I'm nearly 36 now, and my hair has been receding more from the last 2 years.
So I started using nizoral, revivogen shampoo and S5 in the hope to stop the loss at least. I've using these for a few weeks now, I will wait for the results...

Don't want to take any pills that are not vitamins or related.

I tried minoxidil before and I thought it became worst.

Anything else you would recommend?

You aren't going to have much luck without Propecia or Avodart (heavy guns). Minoxidil might help somewhat too; it often gets worse, before it gets better (shed and thicker regrowth).

Thanks, the truth is that I'm a bit scared to get into propecia, so I was thinking to do it by phases, try S5, if it doesn't work at all, go the heavy guns as u said. Thanks again.
