They could come back the same size/strength as before, if you havent been on meds long. I'm sure theres a chance they will not return in some people though, espiecally the minituarized hairs.
I dont think you can give a definate answer here.
The only way to know will be to watch your hair closely, any hair you've shed could take months to return aswell so dont get disheartened if you dont see something coming back after a week.
