That is not an NW3, his hairline is way too much receded, just because he has some sort of fringe doesn't mean he is NW3. I would say he is between NW4-NW5.

Anyone that thinks that he is still keeping his 80's hair look is deluded.

Got to admit he has aged really well, and has managed to use his hairline recession to his advantage over the years

I agree, if his crown is still full, he's more like a 4A than 3.
