I’m really scared, i don’t wanna go bald because i have an ugly head. Please tell me... and what to help me if i am

Hard to tell from that picture, could be the way your hair is combed but it looks a little thin. Again could be the picture, by no means am I sure of that. Go to a dermatologist to be sure, if you are there are things you can do to prevent/slow down your hair loss. Namely Propecia and minoxidil.
