Hello everyone

to the temples

I am a young Frenchman of 19 years old, and I am completely lost and sad of my hair loss which is genetic.

I started to lose my hair when I was 18 years old, after 2 months of hair loss, I was on finasteride (I've been taking it for 3 months now). I also take various food supplements:

-3 capsules of brewer's yeast
-3 capsules of pumpkin seed oil
-4 capsules of nettle root

and soon I will go back to see my dermatologist because my head itches every day, I will ask him for nizoral (by the way, what do you think of this shampoo?).

However, I have a few questions, why do I feel tingly in the temples ?

Unfortunately in France, it is very complicated to get medication like in the USA, here it is impossible to get dutasteride, RU, or even topical fina and duta. There are only finasteride and minoxidil for genetic alopecia.

Apart from finasteride, dietary supplements (and soon nizoral) normally, there is nothing more I can do. On which site do you order dutasteride?

Does finasteride stop hair loss and stay at norwood 1? Is this drug effective in the long term? I have read that testosterone and not DHT can cause hair loss in the first third, is this true? as can estrogen.

And what quantity of food supplements do you advise me to take?

Sorry if i make a lot of mistakes, i'm not american or english men :/

Androcur is sometimes given to sex offenders to suppress their sex drive.

Nizoral would certainly be a good idea for your scalp health, and what about starting minoxidil (possibly in combination with microneedling)?
You’ve only been on finasteride for 3 months, it’s far too early to assess the results. The itching is probably related to the balding process/inflammation.
Bon courage!

in a few days i will ask my dermatologist to have nizoral. But does the fact that it is a detergent cause hair loss?

What is microneedling

if the tingling is due to the baldness process, finasteride should stop it right?

i use finasteride, and soon nizoral 2%, and some supplements like nettle root etc

but which treatment i could use, tell me please
Well, minoxidil of course. Finasteride and bica or cpa works differently. Start with finasteride/min and then see. Micro-needling is using a roller with hundreds of tiny rolling needles. Micro-needling works great for hair and facial rejuvenation.
