Life has been pretty good without this website, but from time to time I like to check back on here. I couldn’t find anything on dr Tsuji. What happened to that old man? Any updates on him and Riken?

They've gone a bit quiet but I'm sure there's nothing to worry about.
There's also Tissuse in the game now incase you've missed that.

Trials aren't even starting until 2020. Im telling you that sh*t wont be even talked about commercially until 2025. Only thing worth being potentially excited about is shiseido as long as their efficacy trials are much better than the safety ones.

Hi Cymro. Cool username. Siarad Cymraeg?
This is the first I've heard of Tissuse. What kind of treatment is it?

Ydw- Same kind of concept as tsuji. They expand cells and put them together in a 3d matrix so they are in a structure similar to that where hair is started in the body. They make a mini hair and put it back into the bald scalp area.
I think there's an article on the main page from a couple of years ago. They've just partnered with a company in Japan to start trials there.

Fi hefyd :).
That sounds a very promising treatment. I just hope its not going to take years and years to finally get released.

Sometimes I wish I was born 20 years later than I did (1988) that way by the time the hair cloning treatments are in full force I'd be right there before the drop off on my scalp.

They can successfully transplant a human face but we don't have any options aside from taking a pill that makes your pecker shrivel...that is all you need to know now, and for the next 10+ years most likely.

It seems that there's always a "cure" just around the corner, only for this "cure" to eventually come to nothing. That Brotzu thread was over 30,000 posts long, and lots of people were getting really hyped up about it. And in the end, it came to essentially nothing.

I agree that realistically, we should just accept that we're stuck with finasteride for the foreseeable future.

There's a lot of hype about micro needling.. and the before and after pictures are pretty good too, especially when combined with minoxidil.

No idea what the long term effects of it are going to be. Lots of individuals trying it with great results but little solid data with regards to efficacy and safety (we rarely hear about the cases where people give up as it hasn't worked). There's been a few small studies which have shown microneedling alone has improved density.

But people are doing it at different depths and intervals between sessions so it's a bit cloudy (very cloudy even) knowing what is the best way of doing it.

Again it's not a cure- more of a maintenance regime.
