Im done guys. Diffuse thinning sucks and this drug is not doing sh*t to my hair

I feel like a clown,since finasteride is not working for me,and i have been on it for 9 months. I have not maintaned,actually my hair has thinned out since then,and now my diffuse Pattern is apparent. This is the worse Pattern ever,sometimes my hair is thick as f***,then i take a shower and It looks awful,then i sweat a bit and i can see my scalp.

I better off take the plunge and Just shave it off. I never had a good hairline to begin with,but this is too much

Im also done dont worry. Been on oral dutasteride for a year and 4 months and can barely maintain. Also my sperm production is super low, my sperm struggles to get out of my pee pee. Im getting on a new regiment.

My pattern is similar to yours. Can't even maintain on dutas and oral minoxidil. That's fucked up.

Stay on it a few more months.It did nothing for me either but I ll stay on it because I feel I have nothing to lose and there is nothing else out there.

Switch to topical finasteride instead it blocks more scalp dht.

whatever drug you guys @Adri23 @Trompt are taking, IT IS NOT finasteride. Might be some sort of hallucinogen drug, because if you think it's getting worse you are under its effects. Compare to your older pictures. IT IS better. Talking about the other dude, well, he isn't even losing lmao

You don't know anything about my hair loss so stop judging. I have diffuse thinning in case you don't know, it is really hard to spot in the early stages, but I can ensure you if you could swipe your hand through my hair you would notice a loss in density. It has gotten worse the past 7 months.

Okay baby boy, I didn't mean to offend you. I just judged by your pictures. Your density seems amazing. It's not rare for people with non existing hair loss to lose hair while on these treatments, maybe you are one of them since you didn't even need it to begin with.

Again, you don't know ANYTHING about how did my hair was before treatments. I've been diagnosed with androgenic alopecia by several trichologist there is no way I was not going bald. I also did a blood test recently and my T and DHT was still high whilst on dutasteride. Big shed, oily skin and scalp, itchiness, what else do you need to notice one has Male pattern baldness?

It's possible his hair loss is that aggressive to where finasteride is not nearly enough. In that case he can upgrade to dutasteride, try adding topical 5ARIs and antiandrogens, and oral minoxidil.
