Im Getting Weird, Unclear Hairloss Patterns On Ru And Dutasteride

Im experiencing very weird and unclear hairloss behaviour/patterns.
I've been on finasteride and dutasteride for 3 months now (daily). The first 2 months, it was in connection with RU and after a little while, my hairloss almost completely stopped and the only hair i was losing were very short, thin fluff hair.
I stopped RU 1 month ago, and now im losing hair like a madman. What i noticed too is im actually losing my long, dark and thick hairs. Has anyone any idea what that could mean? It cant be a good sign in my mind.
So i basically went from losing maybe 5-10 hairs in the shower, to losing probably 80-100 hairs by washing my hair just once.
I cant tell wether this is happening because:

A: This isnt a shed, and stopping RU is what caused me to lose hair
B: Its just a shed from the dutasteride
C: Im getting very aggressive hairloss because of the rapid change of hormones (tellogen effivium??)

The reason i stopped RU is because i heard it makes your hair sensitive to androgens after some time, and when you stop RU, you experience very rapid hairloss. I dont want to be dependent on a experimental chemical with no guaranteed sources in the future.

All these meds are capable to change hair loss cycle,

Its very aggressive. As i said, washing my hair just once makes me lose about 80 hairs. And when i go through my hair with my fingers, i can get about 20 hairs in my hand. And all of them are long and dark/thick. Befire i would only lose very small, thin vellus hair and it stopped falling out completely just a month ago. And now its worse than ever before.
