I'm going to start/continue one weird hell of an approach

I currently had been only using minoxidil 5% (lipogaine) once a day which I now realize was a wasted 6 months and should have done 2x a day. I believed it may have played a role in maintaining at least.
I started on it 2x a day for about 2.5 weeks with a little shedding.
Here is the regimen I will try, you can say I'm wasting my time, but I'm doing it anyways:
1. Evening Primrose Oil 2600 mg and fish oil 1300mg 2-3x a day (antiandrogenic properties)
2. Lipogaine 5% min. 2x a day.
3. Aveda Invati Revitalizer 1-2x a day
4. gingko 260mg 2x daily
5. Saw palmetto 130 mg 1-2x a day
6. Biotin 10,000 mcg. 2x daily
7. Men's multivitamin
8. Scalp massage

I exercise 5 days a week and have been starting meditation in dealing with stress.

Let's see what happens.

As I said, Im giving it a try. Probably not going to stay on it permanently either. And as I tried making apparent, I really do not care about what your negative opinion is. Especially since it sounds like you have had a much worse case of hair loss than I have.

Just give us a continuous update regarding that. As soon as your hopeful and believe it gonna works then you will be fine I guess.
