im just back to say propecia and avodart

has completly ruined my sex drive iv been off them for over a year and i barley get an erection

anyone know what i can do to increase my libido

with all the warnings and testimonials out there, you think you people would know to stay away from this dangerous drug.

Im sure enden will come in here and tell you to take blah blah blah X amount of Zinc supplement.

But maybe it is all in your head in regards to your sex drive :dunno:

Though unless you're one of the few unlucky percentages that actually ends up with ED that is not caused by an underlying psychological reason, I would think it should go away over time. But then again, a year is a long period of time..

i didnt take them at the same time but i think avodart had more to do with it then the time when i was on propecia

I know this is a mental thing too so im not even stressing but im gonna take zinc and reduce as much stress away from other things in my life

and thats exactly what im doing wrong im completly stressed out with work school and drama , i eat anything i can get my hands on ( mostly junk) and started muay thai recently and sticking to a diet from now on

In addition to zinc, you should use cabergoline; 0.25 mg twice a week for 2 - 4 weeks. It'll deplete your prolactin level; change the dopamine/prolactin ratio in favor of dopamine, and thereby increase your libido. In normal men, this drug increases libido, and decreases the refraction period. When you have a problem with excessive amounts of estrogen, you have a problem with prolactin as well.
