Im losing my hair just in the front? Will minoxidil help? Is this progressive? (feedback)

I can't tell if Im losing my hair just in the front? Im 61 and just noticed thinning in the front about 3 years ago. I've been on finasteride for the last 2 years. I can't tell if this is progressive. I don't know if minoxidil applied to this area will help. Any comments or suggestion much appreciated. ( I tie my hair back . The 2nd last photo with long hair I took last night. The last two pic is from 1 month ago.

Try adding 5% minoxidil, derma roller 1mm and ketaconazole shampoo. You lack any vitamins or minerals?

Ill read ketaconazole shampoo doesn't really have much of an effect?
