What’s strange to me is that there’s no bald men in my close family. My maternal grandfather who I look most like had a full head of hair when he died in his 40s.
My father is in his late 40s now and still has a full head of hair although it’s quite thin.
Is there a chance this isn’t genetic?

I assume the obvious thing to do is get on finasteride, minoxidil and start dermarolling?

This change is a little obvious. What causes it? Is it lifestyle habits or using the wrong product?
Thanks for the reply.

Not sure honestly. Someone on another forum said it might be stress-related but i've always been stressed and anxious about everything. I'm generally healthy, eat good food, exercise etc. Also I don't add anything to my hair and only shampoo it every 3 - 4 days and I only use a little bit.
Still though, it's hard to believe this is genetic for the reasons I mentioned above.
