Impact of Vitamins etc on mood

Has anyone observed any difference on his mood after taking vitamins or other health products? I 've heard that omega3 and vitamins might give you a better mood since minor depressions *might* be caused of lack of some substances in your brain. Anyone has any personal experience?

Yes, I notice a difference when I don't get my B-complex. Less energy, less sharp, less patient with things.

I as well take a b+C complex and notice it definately helps me feel less stressed. I also take Omega 3-6-9 three times a day but that is more so to get my essential fatty acids.
