Importance of rotating shampoos.

i couldnt find the menthol t-gel in boots. i sniffed them all and they all smelt like tar. a pretty girl walked past and saw me sniffing the bottles!

I wash my hair every 2-3 days and tend to use Nizoral all of the time, I thought this would be best, why is it better to rotate?
