inconsistency connection with sides

Has anyone noticed a correlatoin with increase in sides compared to the consistency (or lack of) of your dosage taking, paticularly of finasteride?

Lately i've been slacking a bit and only now (after a year) can feel a tender left nipple sensatoin (all day) and wander if my body is reacting to my slackness?
