Indian placebo?

So how do you know if the Indian Finasteride I have started taken is not a a placebo.

I checked pharmacychecker.com and they list two sites - one in canade/nz and one in India for 1MG generic Finasteride - both of which require doctors prescriptions.

Is there anywhere that can validate My-Medicare online Pharmacy please?
