Have any of you heard of Topic? Its like a colored powder that's supposed to cover bald spots. I just heard about it this week and saw videos but I'm skeptical. Has anyone used this before? Please share your info with me.

I use it daily. The name is "Toppik". It's marketed as "fibers" that make the hair "appear" thicker. My take on it is that it takes the shine off your scalp & it does give the appearance of thicker hair. The down side to this product for me is that I sweat like crazy, and it runs!!! I can't use it if I know I'm going to be outside during the summer. I have to mix 2 colors together to have a closer match to my hair color & apparently one (or maybe both) has a chartreuse tone in it. So when its summer here in Arkansas & I use it, I have to be very careful not to sweat. For example, last year I went to a college football game & the temp was near 100 degrees (dreadful!), my sister-in-law looked at me with panic in her eyes and steadily searching for napkins said, "OMG! Why do you have bright yellow sweat running down your face?!?" LOL!!! Next time I'll wear a cap & not worry with fixing hair!
It doesn't make your hair grow, it just helps camouflage the thin spots. Hope this helps

Thanks for the info. I figured it didn't make your hair grow. Maybe I look into it as a quick fix during my ketoconazole treatment. I'm growing in hair but it seams like it never comes in quick enough!
