Ingrown Hairs/Graft Loss

Hey folks. I am 60 days post op. I am experiencing ingrown hairs in the recepient area, which I understand is normal. Today I bursted an ingrown hair, which did not bleed any, but two of the growing grafts within came out with the little scab. Is this normal? Is there any chance I lost these grafts?

No, IMHO you are fine. No lost grafts. You simply lost the hair stubbles in the graft which were due to come out eventually anyway. You are fine. You do not necessarily need to pop the ingown hair coming through unless they begin to fester somewhat. If so, hold a very warm clean washcloth on the pimple(s) for several minutes before popping it.
