Insomnia from minoxidil or Dutasteride?

I recently started Dutasteride and lowered my dosage of oral minoxidil to 5mg at about the same time and been experiencing insomnia since then... it wouldn’t make sense to me that it’s the 5mg of minoxidil because I was doing okay on it for 5 months. Is it possibly just my body adjusting back to the 5mg?

I find with minoxidil took time for my body to adjust.
