Is a treatment any good in my situation?

Hey guys!
I've been going through this since I was 16 years old. I'm 22 now!
I used finasteride when I was 20 for about 10 months but then I quit it, after a surgery I had to go through, that made me stop taking it. I can't say if I had any result. I dont know if that was enough time! But I would say that in this period, my hair just stayed the same.
Since then I just didn't want to be on any medication anymore, so I didn't take finasteride again, until now, that I'm rethinking about it.
But now my hair's got to a situation that I don't know if it's worth to take finasteride again, and take all the risks for nothing.
I'ma leave some pictures here, so you guys can give me your thoughts about this.

youre heading for norwood 7 territory if you dont take finasteride again

use minoxidil too for regrowth

BIG3, Finasteride, Minoxidil, Derma Roller, Ketaconazole.

Alternatively you could save money and use the same compound Topical Finasteride mixture as me with added Minoxidi and other Anti Androgen ingredients.

I use this Topical Finasteride compound mixture from MAA:


Lotion

15% Minoxidil
0.1% Finasteride
5% Azelaic Acid
0.25% Progesterone
0.025% Retinoic Acid
0.1% Hydrocortisone.
