Is body hair transplant a feasible to restore advance hair loss?

I'm 21 years old and i'm thinning in NW6 or 7 pattern, my sides and back has thinned out a lot as well and I don't think that my head donor can provide enough hair for an average transplant. I've lowered my expectations and I would be over the moon if I somehow manage to place some hair on the front of my head that are enough to frame my face like Joe Biden did.
Does anyone of you has information about BHT that how successful this method has become?

Thanks

I have the same hair loss pattern except I'm 25 (been losing it since I was 19) and I've responded pretty well to meds so I'm holding off on hair transplant until I'm at least thirty. I believe one can get good results with body hair but it depends on a lot of factors. The best body hair is beard then chest then I'm not sure. Something like 90% of transplanted beard hair stays. Of course head size, transplant technique, etc. all play a role too. Free is really knowledge about this stuff having gone through it so check out his thread.
