Is dutasteride Mainly Better Than finasteride Due To Higher % Dht Blockage? Or Is There Another Mechanism?

i know dutasteride blocks more DHT but is there some other mechanism?

is its longer half-life important as well? thanks

Its the same, but it blocks more of "scalp" DHT than serum DHT than finasteride does.
