Drugs don't tend to have a launch date, you won't have a group of asmathics and balding men camping outside pharmacies across the world excitedly weeks in advance. What we do know is that fevipiprant is in its phase 3 trial right now. Depending on the results of that the company will then determine whether to market the drug. The drug at the moment is being tested for asthma so if it passes the test all it means for us is that the drug will be accessible. It does not mean necessarily that it will work. As I understand it Fevi is a "better" version of Seti and therefore shoud in theory work given it appears that Seti does.

It's more potent on paper but I do wonder why seti was used on hair instead of fevi. There may be a good reason for it.
