Is Hair restoration Inc. a scam. The the web site does not have any contact email address. They used my credit card without my authorization and continue to bill me for "product" that I did not order. The business address on the website is phony and the name they use to ship is "Herbal Fusion" not "Hair Restoration Inc" so it makes it hard to figure out what is going on.

he just spelled out that he is scammed, yet he is asking us if it is one.

Dispute the charges with the credit card company and get your money back. Also you might want to cancel the card and have them reissue you a new number.
