My hairline is intact but i’ve thinning on top and crown. I’m treating it naturally by increasing blood flow on head.
Edit:- I’ve two whorls

It looks like diffuse thinning. How old are you and how long have you been thinning? Telogen Effluvium lasts for maybe 6 months

I’m 22. And i noticed it for like 4-5 months ago. Since a month or so i’ve started treating it naturally and now i think there’s less hairfall than before but still they’re falling. And place where i live water is very hard here.

Hmm, I think you should go to a dermatologist. One who specializes in hair loss if possible to see if there’s miniaturization associated with genetic balding. I won’t deny there may be another possibility but it’s usually male pattern baldness. And since you’re 22, I would say you have options like finasteride. Natural methods aren’t effective. You need to microneedle, use finasteride, and minoxidil. Anything else isn’t going to work. If you’re afraid of systemic sides, try topical dutasteride

I went to a dermatologist and he told me, “it’s genetic baldness and can’t be healed, you need to use minoxidil ASAP and once you start you can’t drop it otherwise your hair gonna fall off.”
So minoxidil was expensive too and with these results i opted natural way(Rosemary oil with coconut and castor oil and onion juice with dermarolling) after some research.
”Rosemary oil is considered an alternate to minoxidil because it increases blood flow. And it takes up to 3 months to show any result(in a research).”
And even with minoxidil i think it takes 2-3 months to start showing some results.
That’s all my story...

I won’t deny Rosemary oil might help, but your dermatologist didn’t mention finasteride... basically think of minoxidil and Rosemary oil as ways to generate growth of hair. Finasteride actually stops the baldness. If you don’t take care of the balding it’ll just get worse.

He asked me about my mental health and past depression or anything so i had 2 depressed phases. That’s why he didn’t gave me as it can lead to depression and sometimes suicidal thoughts. And told me to stick with minoxidil. And i also read finasteride can cause ED and these kinda things.

Hmm, it’s something you have to choose. Permanent sides are very very rare, and sides in general like lower libido and watery semen doesn’t happen to everyone. If you experience sides for longer than a week or two you can also stop. Millions of men use the drug. again, this is the drug that can slow or stop balding, and gives you the potential of regrowth too. But it’s not the only one.

So if you’re 100% insistent on not using finasteride, you can try Zix, Keto cream, topical dutasteride once a week, microneedling and minoxidil. There’s a few options

Since my hairfall is not as worse but still it’s a start of something awful. I had a plan to visit another derm but because of corona can’t do much i don’t know if insurance covers these kind of expenses or not.
Anyways thanks a lot for your help and time. I really appreciate it. Will do my research on these three things too.
