I'm not exaggerating. I don't know what's normal and what isn't with hairloss. I don't know what other men experience. Since september of 2016 my hairline has receded in one area or another more and more everyday.
No, I promise you, I am absolutely sure I'm not imagining it. I clearly see the area of hair recede back a bit everyday. My hairline as a whole has receding monumentally in a year. It still looks alright at this point and no one would know I had a receding hairline, but it's getting to that point where it's going to look bad soon.
I know some poeple say their's recede for a bit, then stop, then recedes, then stops etc. Mine's has never stopped. I tried using Rogaine for 6 months but it's had no effect in stopping it. Only effect it's had is thinning my hair out at the front.
Just a little background: I have had horrible anxiety and depression since I was 16. I am now 25. I started to notice the loss when I was 24. September of last year. I've also had very dry skin in the last year and brittle dry hair as well. I'm not sure if this might be something other than normal Androgenic hairloss. I have not been to a doctor for lack of health insurance. Is there a chance this is something else? Or is this normal? I'm just trying to get an idea of what other men experience.
