got to go to the gym bro! as thy say
then a tall chad walked passed, he was really weak and doing light weights but frame mogged me, and face mogged me 6 ft 1 white, NW1.
Then a tall girl walked past me about 5 ' 9 blonde super cute

and there i was just a balding sub human trying to 'just go to the gym bro'
like this sh*t really matters

then i was on social media and accidentally saw a picture of my ex (was a friend of hers i still follow) and my stomach just droppd felt sick and sad .. can't believe i used to actually have a some what attractive girlfriend (6/10) with a good body. But she was a total sl*t, daddy issues, attention wh***, low quality women but what can I say look at my situation beggars can't be choosers? i quickly blocked the profile and jsut feel like sh*t. She cheated on me /left me for a tall NW1 scarred me for life.

You have to deal with the cards dealt to you, no point fixating over what ifs and maybes. I will likely never be in a relationship, it's just something i have to deal with, the fact you had a relationship before suggests to me that it will happen again, just give it time and try to focus on other things until it happens.

You’ll get there mate. Just try and break the cycle of obsessing with what others have. This incel mindset of analysing other men as ‘chads’ and he was taller so ‘mogged me’ ( whatever that even means ) is actually holding you back. Believe in yourself and go live, find interests, make friends, laugh and have fun (laugh at yourself too - sometimes it helps!).

We all have issues that hold us back in life, even if they’re not visible. You got to do the best with what you’ve got.

As the other forum poster said, you’ve had a girlfriend which means there are many things about you women like. Not just hair. I really think if you got out of this cycle of feeling so down on yourself, you could attract more women, no doubt.

Ps. Do you not like indian women? Where I live the majority of indian men seem to find beautiful women from the indian community. I actually get jealous, I think indian women are great plus I love the food and culture.
