Is it possible to use doner hair from somebody else?

just a passing thought, dont know if its been answered before, if a body doesnt reject another bodies heart then susely it can handle hair?

It would be rejected, same reason you cant have a skin graft from another person.

Tissue transplantation like that is highly complex and yeah there have been face, even hand transplants but these people will have to take powerful (and expensive) anti rejection drugs that will have such serious side effects that they will even reduce the patients lifespan. So as far as hair transplant's go its never even seriously been looked into.
