But only concern is should i add minoxidil straight away in regimen, bcos many do say it loses its effectivenss after two years so one should save it for later stages, any experiences with it ??

My current view is that minoxidil doesn't lose its effectiveness. It continues to provide an offset of extra growth, as long as you continue to lose it. However, be sure you understand what that really MEANS, and all the implications.

May be this meant as it grows all possible hair re-growthable and then it works for mentainance and it will mentain the hair after two years it grew.
Is it the way ?

I don't think minoxidil "maintains" hair. It just provides an offset of extra growth, in my opinion.
