It could be just how his hair parted. Usually balding starts at the hairline and also his hair would look much thinner all over.

How can the rest of his hair look that good after getting so much work done? It's such a low hairline and full density.

He probably doesn't have aggressive hair loss and uses finasteride like all celebrities. He is 50 years old so if it was aggressive then finasteride would have stopped working decades ago.

Donny has an amazing head of hair. But now I see why he (Mark) has such great hair at age 50. Just a little bit of work goes a long way for a guy like him. You can tell a future Hollywood superstar the day that they're born. Just look at the incidence of baldness in their family.
