Been taking finasteride for a month and just started dermarolling. Plan on swapping finasteride for dutasteride and adding in oral minoxidil. Temples haven't receded too much so far. Looking for crown regrowth. Is my crown salvageable? Will keep you guys updated throughout my hairloss journey.

The crown area tends to be the most recoverable part of the scalp, and given your current voluminous state I would say that you probably have a better chance than most.

Stay committed to your regimen for atleast a year, and take hi-res pictures once s month.
