2 days post op. Excessive sebum production all over head and swelling under forehead. Also cant move the muscles in the forehead+pain (too much local anesthetic?)

if it is - should i use some antiseptic saline spray or iodine solution? (my clinic only gave me head n shoulders and an aloe veray spray for dry skin)
