I am NW3, but heavily diffuse. Your hair actually looks like actually looks a lot like mine if I grow it out. I'm not trying to hate on you, just trying to make you aware of the seriousness of your situation. Maybe you can add microneedling to get some of your temples back. Good luck.

Would you say with 100% certainty that I am a 2.5 and not just a high genetic hairline nw2?

Yes, your temple points are too far past your temples for it to be NW2. Sorry, just being honest with you. You'd be totally screwed now if you hadn't gotten on treatment when you did.

Would you say that it looks bad/noticeably balding to the public eye?

Most people just see it as normal recession, not balding.

Is there a chance that now I’ve been on the big 3 plus dutasteride, now I can maybe get a small transplant at 21 since I’ve been on these medications since 18? So 3 years now, it’s something I’ve been asking around about but nothing yet.

The first 3 pictures i would have said a NW2, but seeing the last pic, you are approaching NW3.





Your temples points are way receeded in the last pic, but it's still possible to get them bach to NW2 or even NW1 with the right treatments.
