Is my shampoo (showergel) causing hair loss

I am using Tork 420601 shampoo/shower gel at my gym.
According to the website these are the Ingredients :
Aqua, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycerin, Glycol Distearate, Parfum, Phenoxyethanol, Citric Acid, Benzoic Acid, Sodium Benzoate *, CI 42090, CI 17200 Sodium Sulfate

Is this a good shampoo or are there better alternatives? Is there any ingredient to avoid or to add ?
