is nisim or my other shampoos causing hair loss? pls hlp

Okay,

I had started using nisim, and i thought it was helping. But now, ther is diffuse thinning on top of my whole scalp. This happened kinda quickly. Nisim is really good at drieng out the scalp, removing oil. Could i be drieng it out to much?

is it maybe the nizoral? h&s?
