Going to start using minoxidil again but have heard peppermint works better than minoxidil and doesn’t grow as much hair anywhere else as minoxidil. Any thoughts

There is 1 study vetting peppermint oil done on shaved mice. Mice do not experience androgenic alopecia and are, you know, mice and not humans. So their response might not be very relevant. In addition, we don't have very good anecdotal evidence for peppermint oil either. I've never seen anyone get significant regrowth with peppermint oil. I've seen it hundreds of times with minoxidil.

No reason you couldn't add it to your regimen though. It's pretty cheap and has no side effects. If it does help, even a little bit, then it's just icing. But I wouldn't neglect proven treatments like minoxidil in favor of it. Too little evidence to support it.

Look, I am all for loving yourself and I am glad you found your own happiness but this sh*t is getting annoying. At this point you are literally pestering this forum with pictures that have zero relevance with the topics that are being discussed.

Pepermint is awesome. As well as tea tree essential oil. All by https://volant.no/ . When I want to use tea tree on my scalp (which is my favorite essential oil) I always use it with a light carrier oil like almond oil. And if I want to use it without having a greasy scalp then I add it to a deep conditioner and make sure to massage it into my scalp as much as possible. It usually feels really tingly, in a good way! You can add a mint essential oil as well for the scent and for extra tingle.
