is salt water the best styling product of all times?

....just putting it out there. Whenever I´ve been swimming in salt water my hair gets a lot more volume and a cooler look. Been thinking about keeping a bucket of salt water at home. it´s the sh*t! :whaasup:

Yes Captain, Sea salt is good for the scalp from what I read. some shampoos have it in their ingrediants...

Use natural sea salt, or Himlayian salt though, not the refined crap you buy in the superstore.

American Crew used to have a product called "Texture" that contained sea salt. It was like a little bottle of hair spray and a few spritzes did wonders for thin hair---almost looked as if I'd used a bit of Toppik. I still have a little bit of that but I think it's been discontinued.

There are several products on the market that contain sea salt. KMS Sea Salt Spray is one and another is David Babaii Bohemian Beach Spray. I've never used either one of them so I can't comment on how good they may or may not be. I would doubt that either one of those two products would give you much hold but some people aren't necessarily looking for hold. Personally, I need hold as well as thickening and I'm still looking for something that does both.

so soaking up your hair with saltwater,then applying some wax?

I really think natural seawater is the best, never tried any of those saltwater sprays.. All hands to the pumps says I !
