Is shedding normal 4 months after switching from liquid?

Hey guys

Started the liquid in August, started seeing some results after a few months, went through a few day shed, hair came back nice. So I switched to the foam in Dec (I think) and my hair was looking great, and all of a sudden the past week Ive noticed a lot of hair shedding and my hair is looking like sh*t again. Is this normal to happen every few months?

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, or should I switch bacl to the liquid?

absolutely stick to the foam,i was on the liquid for about 15 months,been on foam for 4 months.

i shed A LOT from about the end of month one til about month 3(itll be different for some) but am now seeing good regrowth and reversal of miniaturised hairs


ride out the shed from the foam,i truly believe it to be significantly better than the liquid
