Is there a best time of day to take Dutas?

If taking one 0.5mg of Dutas/Avodart per day is there a time in the day when it is best taken?

For example, first thing in the morning, in the afternoon, or at night?

its supposed to be slightly more effective on an empty stomach though
if its gonna work for you id doubt that would be the deciding factor.
i take it first thing in the morning.
