Hi friends, I am writing from Turkey do not know english.I am 25 years old.My hair at this stage what is my chance to win back my hair waiting for your help.I constantly think about the problem of hair.I've decided to pack up now.The successful examples I have seen at the forum have given me perseverance and faith in my struggle.

*Dermaroller every 2 weeks

Finasteride can affect your libido and your mood. It really does help with hair loss, but for me it is too big of a risk. There are hundreds of lawsuits against the company that manifactures propecia, as you can read here. https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/usa-courts-secrecy-propecia/
It seems that the company downplayed the percentage of people that get sides and also the percentage of people that get permanent sides. Of course you can try it if you are willing to take the risk. Topical Minoxidil/ rogaine is less risky, I prefer the foam version.

Minoxidil works best when you see the first signs of thinning and can be effective in maintaining hair at that stage. At your stage it might be less effective in long term maintenance, but it is worth trying. Just know that if you stop it you will lose your new hair growth.
