I had/have sides from finasteride I stopped take for like 5/6 months ago, and now I still a mild sides but I'm recovering, I was stupid started finasteride with 16/17 years old.
Maybe the next 6 months or 1 years and I'll start again finasteride low dose...

But I'm not paranoid like you.

my urologist cancelled my last meeting cuz he was sick any way i gona meet him tomorrow and c what wrong
as fir a shrink I just had a fight with my big brother he want me to go to a shrink but I don't cuz what is he gona fo to me really give me pills that will cuze me more ed

You need to see a psychiatrist, but most family doctors can prescribe to you an anti-depressant. It will completely change your life - I can say this because I myself have been on anti-depressants for some time.

You're doing yourself a disservice by not.

I don't think workout has any thing to do with ed really u got guys never moved a muscle but never got ed that includes my brother on the other hand u got a freak sportaholic dude like me who wasted his teens in the gym since 16 years old got ed from 3mg of finasteride well that's dont make any sense
as for an anti depressants i will rather die a thousand time or burn before i take any drug again but thanks for the advise
