Is There Any Reason To Use Nizoral For Me?

I used to have a lot of itching and dandruff which Nizoral help with and I haven't had itching again since then. It makes my hair a bit dry but I always use conditioner now. I also swapped Nizoral out completely for Regenepure DR which is really nice for my hair. I use DR up to 5 times a week so my question is now, is there any value for me in using DR 5 times a week or is it overkill? and is there any reason for me to use Nizoral again when my scalp is not itching?

Frequent use of any shampoo will probably dry out the natural oils.

If it's not itching, just stick with it, but use it less.

But what do I gain by using it? Regenpure DR has it too but a smaller amount together with other stuff that makes your hair healthy.

I just use it because it does a good job cleaning your hair.

Nizerol is GOOD for your hair, but you should use at least 2% to fight baldness.

Just use both. But DON'T use it straight. Water it down (the Regenere, that is).
