Is there anybody who had success with saw palmetto?

Even though finasteride is the only medication approved by FDA as a remedy for hair loss, I want to avoid it as much as possible.
I was doing some research on saw palmetto, but a lot of studies that were done on SP were either too small in sample size or done for a very short period of time.
Also, I have not seen a single post WITH PICTUREs that declared freedom from hair loss by taking SP.
Has anybody seen a success story from saw palmetto with pictures?

I have never seen any results from saw palmetto alone either. I've even heard of people mega dosing it and getting side effects similar to finasteride. Might as well just take finasteride.

Never works alone

it works in combo with pumpkin, nettle, lycopene and similar ingredients.

its super weak

will never work by itself. Doubt it will work in combo with other natural treatments either.
