Is This A Mature Hairline Or Receding?

So I’m just trying to figure out if my hairline is just a maturing hairline or not. I’m 23 rn and the black and white photo is from when I was 19 and the blonde is from 20. My father never really had any hair loss. But he passed at 58 and if I remember correctly he didn’t go passed a Norwood 2 but my moms father ended up going full cul-de-sac by 42. Other than how my hairline looks I don’t think I’ve noticed anything else that could be linked to balding. I’ll add that I do have coarse hair by genetics and I have a lot of it which does make my hair come off as thick.

Neither. It's either your natural hairline or it matured in your teenage years. Your hairline only looks different to the black and white pic because you're slightly pulling it up which makes the widows peak hairline more apparent. But I don't think it has changed since you were 19.

Style your hair the same way without pulling your hair up the same say you did in the older pics and see if it looks the same

I think you’re maybe right. Possible just never noticed it until now or due to it being it’s just matured a bit since. When I learn my moms dad went bald I guess I’ve been a bit ocd about it. I styled it similar to the black and white one or at least the best I could with the length I have and it really doesn’t look all that different. If anything I bring too nitpicky or at least I hope that’s all I am lol

Yeah, I get that. I have ocd too and it makes me really obsessive about it. The thing that keeps me sane is taking pictures every six months to see if there's a difference.
